At Mercy Drops Dream Center, leadership is never just about roles or responsibilities — it’s about who we are becoming as people while we serve. Our 2026 Quarterly Leadership Coaching nights are intentional spaces to pause, breathe, and grow together as leaders who are built to last.
Centered around our 2026 theme, To Sustain, these evenings invite us to focus on what keeps us healthy, grounded, and effective for the long haul — personally, relationally, and organizationally. Together, we’ll strengthen our leadership, deepen our relationships, and recommit to the rhythms and values that allow us to find the Forgotten and help them build a Foundation where they can Flourish in life.
These gatherings are designed not just to help us work better, but to live better — creating a culture of leadership that is steady, life-giving, and sustainable.
